On 25 November a Presentation meeting „French government Scholarships: selection criteria” was held at the Siberian Institute of Management – a branch of RANEPA for the students interested in capabilities of getting education in France.

The “Alliance Francaise – Novossibirsk” staff and the representatives of French embassy in Russia visited the institute. The acting director Nikolay Taushkanov, the politics and international relations faculty dean Sergey Kozlov, the international cooperation department head Pavel Kutsev and the foreign languages department head Marina Kovaleva welcomed the guests. The French side was represented by the French embassy in Russia scholarships department coordinator Anaelle Durand, the French embassy in Russia coordinator on higher education, science and innovation issues Florian Rastello, the “Alliance Francaise – Novossibirsk” director helper on culture and language projects Francoise Cossard and the “Campus France” coordinator on higher education in Novosibirsk issues Svetlana Shkarina.

The parties discussed perspectives of students’ academic mobility between SIU RANEPA and French higher education institutions.

The representatives of Alliance Francaise organized a presentation, told French-learning students about scholarships programs of French government in 2020. Those who want to continue education by master or postgraduate course can become a participant of these programs.
