On 26th of November a web conference was held with participation of the Siberian Institute of Management – a branch of RANEPA representatives and the General Prosecutor’s office Academy of Uzbekistan.
The Novosibirsk oblast prosecutor’s office personnel department head Alexander Gromyko made the first report personnel work and qualification advancement, told about requirements to management positions at prosecutor’s office, securing future personnel to the home prosecutor’s office by organizing students’ practice in the place of residence, prosecutor’s office personnel department observing of students’ academic performance, qualifications advancement and retraining of prosecutor’s office workers and young specialists mentoring. -
The prosecutor’s office Academy studying process and control department head Marat Palvanov made the second report dedicated to the modern methods of qualification advancement organization. He told about the main spheres of the academy’s activities, model of retraining in a form of primary specialization that had been launched last year, personnel training on master’s specialties that had been introduced this year, digital retraining course, practical lessons rooms, electronic shooting range and full-time doctoral studies.
The interregional qualification advancement center director Svyatoslav Kobuk performed with his report on forms of qualification advancement in SIU RANEPA. The studying programs information and work with students department head Natalia Garke-Ivanova told about additional professional education promotion and recruiting. Her speech was dedicated in particular to informing authorities about the start of recruiting period and electronic applications for additional professional education. Vladimir Nalobin spoke about digitalization and implementation of digital teaching methods at SIU RANEPA.
During the web conference, the parties discussed the issue of professional development of the Prosecutor's office in connection with the appointment to a higher position. The Uzbek side was interested in the process of digitalization in the Russian Prosecutor's office and training of reserve personnel. The master's programs of the Academy and the model of retraining in the form of primary specialization were also discussed.
The parties agreed that in the future they will discuss the beginning of courses for teachers of the Academy in SIU RANEPA through the "Prometheus" system.
