On October 10, 2019, a delegation of the Siberian Institute of Management paid a visit to Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov (Pavlodar, Kazakhstan). The institute’s delegation included Leonid Savinov, Dean of the of Public and Municipal Administration Department, Elena Dorozhinskaya, Dean of the Law Department, and Lina Skorich, Specialist of the International Cooperation Department.

During the visit, a meeting and negotiations were held with Petr Bykov, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at PSU, Dean of the Faculty of Public Administration, Business and Law Takhir Ernazarov, Director of the Department of International Cooperation Akmaral Kairbayeva, Head of the Department of Management and Political Science Ildar Kaliyev and Head of the Department of Jurisprudence Gulnara Akhmedzhanova.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the nearest cooperation plans between PSU and SIU RANEPA, and for this purpose an action plan was signed (“road map”). The next event according to this document will happen at the end of October. A teacher from PSU will give a course of lectures on the topic “Anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for students of the Faculty of Public and Municipal Administration and the Faculty of Law of SIU RANEPA.
