State and municipal servants from 4 regions of Siberian federal district (Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Tyumen oblasts and Krasnoyarsk krai) that take refresher courses in Siberian Institute of Management (a branch of RANEPA) came to listen the expert from Ecological University of Berlin. Students from economics and investments faculty and state and municipal management faculty also took their part in the lecture.

Director of Siberian Institute of Management Sergey Sverchkov and Сonsul General of Germany mr. Peter Blomeyer made a welcome speech for the listeners of the open lecture.

The topic of lecture left no listeners indifferent: participants of the event questioned mr. Dehust for more than an hour about dry garbage utilization and recultivation methods in Germany, they also expressed their interest for the expert’s opinion on many other ecological issues.
